SANCTUARY RESORTS’ THE BALÉ LAUNCHES BLISS RESTAURANT at THE SANCTUARY SPA

In accordance with Sanctuary Resorts’ philosophy —‘balancing body, mind, and spirit’ BLISS offers the opportunity to satisfy the physical self with organic food and beverage products thoughtfully prepared by Jean Francois Brouck, the Executive Chef with a myriad of innovative twists, by paying homage to the exotic, indigenous healing herbs, plants and fruits of the region.

To complement the treatments and therapies offered by the Sanctuary Spa, the appealing menu covers a selection of nourishing dishes for the beauty of body and soul for a reasonable price. And in addition, several types of healing, cooling and stress relieving drinks are also presented in the menu.

As requested, Jean Francois will also custom-make special set meals in accordance with guests’ personal preferences.

Surrounded by the aesthetic blend of open spaces and water elements, creating a relaxing atmosphere, guests can enjoy and savor their food after their treatments or while waiting for their partners. BLISS Restaurant opens daily from 10 am to 10 pm.

Sanctuary Resort manages several resorts in Asia including The Racha on Racha Island – just off Phuket, Shinta Mani in Siem Reap, Cambodia and are developing The Hotel de la Paix also in Siem Reap and La Flora, in Kao Lak Thailand
