Cayman's National Hurricane Committee (NHC) declared an alert for the Cayman Islands on Friday, August 17, 2007. Hurricane Dean computer models position its projected path over the Mexican states of Yucatán, Campeche, and Quintana Roo. Hurricane Dean's projected path forecasts it over Texas by next week. Texas Governor Rick Perry activated Texas military and task forces, the Texas Department of Transportation, the parks department, boats and all the equipment within his power to prepare for the imminent threat of Hurricane Dean.
Puerto Rico, the British Virgin Islands, the Dominican Repulic, Haiti, St. Lucia, Montserrat, Antigua, St. Kitts, Nevis, Barbuda, Grenada, Barbados, St. Vincent, Saba, St. Marten, St. Eustatius and the Grenadines are all on a tropical storm warning, according to Friday's Hurricane Dean Public Advisory.
The Advisory reads: "AT 500 PM AST...2100Z...THE CENTER OF HURRICANE DEAN WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 15.0 NORTH...LONGITUDE 64.5 WEST OR ABOUT 840 MILES...1355 KM...EAST-SOUTHEAST OF KINGSTON JAMAICA AND ABOUT 260 MILES...415 KM...SOUTH-SOUTHEAST OF SAN JUAN PUERTO RICO."
Imperial Jets (www.imperialjets.com) has assigned Thomas Tamulinas and Terrence Schmidt on a 24 hour storm watch, where they will be available to take calls at any time this weekend and next week. They will streamline aircraft chartering, flight tracking, and positioning by leading a team of aviation specialists that will work to secure aircraft along Hurricane Dean's projected path. Both Schmidt and Tamulinas have a proven track record of helping people evacuate New Orleans and Florida during Hurricane Katrina.
Tamulinas states that people were even sharing aircraft to get out of Louisiana and Florida. Flights that would cost $15,000 would be split amongst two or three people to make the private jet charter more cost effective.
Tamulinas advises people to evacuate as soon as possible. "People were waiting so long that not even the planes could get off the ground," remembered Tamulinas. "People were taking whatever was available."
Don't hesitate to let Tamulinas or Schmidt strategically secure your private jet charter out of the Hurricane Dean projected path. You could reach Tommy Tamulinas at 917 596 6527; and you could reach Terrence Schmidt at 1 888 599 JETS.
Further, feel free to request a quote at imperialjets.com to have your private jet charter arranged and confirmed as soon as possible.
