Thailand's celebration of the elephant.

In the coulourful and glamourous lure of holiday travel, it is good to know that one tour operator offers no nonsense fully inclusive private tours.

Arrive Surin to witness the Elephant Round Up at the local showground. Introduced in 1960, the festival is an internationally famous event where over 100 elephants participate in spectacular processions, demonstrations and amazing feats of strength. This is the best time to visit Surin as the sleepy town takes on a carnival atmosphere.

Finish your exciting journey with a visit to the magnificent Phra Viharn Temple across the border in Cambodia. Spend the last night in the peaceful city of Ubon Ratchathani where you may enjoy a massage and sumptuous exotic Isan food.
