Colorado Travel Agency Combines Internet Customer Relationship
Customer Relationship Management is today's Internet technology for establishing better communications with customers. But at Wildwoods Travel, a unique combination of old-fashioned personal service and Internet technology is being offered. On June 23rd, with its ribbon-cutting ceremony at the Salida, Colorado Chamber of Commerce, Wildwoods Travel launched its new technology package aimed at connecting with new and current customers of Wildwoods Travel:

* A regular e-mail newsletter to opt-in subscribers and customers
* Integration with Respond.Com(tm), a shopping by request service that matches buyers directly to the services offered by Wildwoods Travel
* Direct e-mail to opt-in subscribers with interests in activities in which Wildwoods Travel specializes, such as rafting, mountain biking and skiing vacations.
On the personal service side, when a customer comes to Colorado for their vacation, Wildwoods Travel can personally meet them, act as their guide and coordinate their lodging, transportation, activities, meals - all the components for a complete and enjoyable vacation.
