Peppermill Reno Hotel Opens New 12 Million Dollar Seafood Restaurant and Lounge
The Peppermill, selected “One of the Top 10 Casino Hotels in America” by MSN with Citysearch, is an 1,100 room resort casino. This week Reno’s Peppermill Hotel Casino unveiled Oceano. Peppermill’s Oceano seafood restaurant is an amazing dining experience unlike anything else in northern Nevada. Plan to sample the freshest seafood, tastiest pasta and most sumptuous steak in a dramatic undersea environment. Immerse yourself beneath the sea with blue cast mirrors and over 240 life-size replicas of sharks, manta rays, turtles, whales, butterflyfish and other marine life soaring above.

Oceano offers an array of fresh authentic seafood from all over the country. Oceano’s chefs have searched the country’s premier seaports to create authentic dishes not available anywhere else in Reno. Savor Oceano’s New England Lobster and Crab Roll, New Orleans Gumbo, and Cioppino made in true San Francisco style. Oceano’s extensive menu also changes daily to follow the restaurant’s policy of serving only the freshest seafood. Guests may enjoy fresh Maine lobster, king and Dungeness crab, creamy lobster bisque and other seasonal fresh selections. Whether a guest is in the mood for a delicious pan roast, mesquite grilled fish, a Louis salad, oyster shooters, fresh stews or the best in shrimp and steak, Oceano has something for every taste. Oceano’s menu also features a variety of salads, chicken and pastas.
