Travel Deals Email Service Launched By MyTravelAlert.com

The Internet created a new landscape for the travel industry. Airlines, Hotels and Car Rental companies are now competing for a direct relationship with the end consumer by utilizing their own websites for special online sales and promotions. These special deals are typically web-only and need to be booked directly. Accessing these opportunities has proven difficult because they occur randomly from such a wide variety of suppliers that it has been impossible to know where and when to get these online deals. Not any longer.

MyTravelAlert's team of travel industry experts compile these exclusive offers and email them to their subscribers every week in an effort to save them both time and money. In addition to the convenience of this service, MyTravelAlert works hard to ensure objectivity by not relying on advertising revenue to determine what specials are displayed. “Our primary objective is to provide the most complete collection of online travel specials available”, says Rick Stevens of MyTravelAlert “In addition, we are not a Travel Agency.”

The Email Newsletter service is targeted at both Leisure and Business Travelers and officially launches May 1, 2004 but is currently available free during in BETA test.
