Expedited LTL Specialist CrossCountry Courier Inc. Selects Maddocks Software
Maddocks Systems Inc., the leading supplier of enterprise software solutions for the trucking industry, continues to expand their client base of transportation carriers throughout every region of North America. CrossCountry Courier, of Bismarck, North Dakota, has recently selected Maddocks TruckMate for Windows (TM4Win), as the software solution for their expedited LTL operation.
CrossCountry Courier (CCC) operates a fleet of over 125 route trucks and 50 linehaul power units. In addition to their head office in Bismarck, CCC operates 14 terminals to provide overnight-expedited LTL delivery service throughout North Dakota, South Dakota and Minnesota.

Prior to selecting Maddocks CCC was using a combination of over twelve separate software packages to manage their operation. Managing multiple, non-integrated solutions was determined to be costly, inefficient and time consuming to maintain. With TruckMate, CCC expects to see an improvement in the management of operational data by reducing multiple-entry and accurately sharing information throughout the entire organization.
CCC is expecting to benefit from several features in TruckMate specific to the LTL industry including visual crossdocking, LTL dispatch planning and management reports.
