Announcing Expanded Services from mobileSPA! mobileSPA, the only full service day spa that travels to you at your office or home, announces several premier treatments added to their services. "Deluxe body treatments, all day and ˝ day packages, Goddess Spa parties, Bridal Spa Party packages, and personal services were added due to increasing demand from our clients.” states Devika Mukherjee, founder of mobileSPA.
Since it’s inception in 2002, mobileSPA has gained significant success in catering to clients who want the pampering of an upscale Day Spa in the comfort of their own home; mobileSPA transports it all - from tables to candles. “We identified a serious need in the spa industry for this type of service. I know, personally, after getting a 90 minute treatment at a spa, the last thing I would want to do was to dress, pay and have to drive home. The mobile spa enables you to continue that relaxed and rejuvenated feeling in the convenience and comfort of your own home.” says Lisa Smith, Partner at mobileSPA. “We also have a competitive advantage - no overhead, allowing us to keep our prices reasonable and the ability to hire top notch consultants”,Ms.Smith added.
mobileSPA, known for it’s individualized facial, chose to add services that focused on inner and outer health. The focus initially was on identifying skin issues of each client using a SAM machine (skin analyzer magnifier), customizing a facial based on these identified needs and then assisting them with ongoing skincare. Ms. Mukherjee went on to say, “We wanted to take this unique offering further and provide clients with everything from our Seaweed Wrap to the Dead Sea Cellulite Treatment; even a myriad of massages including Hot Stone Therapy, Lymphatic and Deep Tissue.” Further, mobileSPA has partnered with several local professionals such as make up artists, personal trainers, lifestyle coaches, and alternative practitioners with the vision to become a 'one stop shop' for wellness.
When asked about the most popular services requested, Ms. Smith responded, “This time of year, it’s clearly our full days of beauty for bridesmaid parties. This is a major part of our business, as the girls adore the idea of being pampered all together at home. We even go so far in some bachelorette spa parties, to provide Champagne, spa menus and waitstaff, so it really does become a memorable event - almost a prelude to the wedding itself” Similarly, the 'Goddesses’ Night Out' parties are all the rage; there is nothing like getting together with friends, great food and wine and becoming goddesses :"It’s like a pajama party for adults!”,Ms. Smith gleefully remarks.
